I recently met Ted Rubin at a Savor the Success event in NYC. He was on a social media panel talking about his passion – being social and the ROR – Return on Relationship – a term he coined. Yes, your product line is super-cute. I do have some suggestions for you to hopefully improve sales asap!
1. Website: I’d suggest changing the images on the home page to reflect your best selling categories instead of particular items. You might have one box that is the pick of the week and spot light one special item there.
