Seasonal roll-outs

Seasonal roll-outs are really important to stay on top of. Be sure to find out when the tradeshows and market weeks are going on throughout the year for your particular product line and make sure you are approaching buyers accordingly.
The more experienced you "appear", the more seriously buyers will take you.  Each product line has it's own "life span"……do you follow traditional seasons, Hallmark Holidays, or major trends……perhaps you dip your toe in some or all?

What steps am I missing?

Dear Sarah,

I have had a showroom rep and that has resulted in no sales for me. I guess my question to you is, what steps  am I missing for this to become the next must have …

What’s your comfort zone?

Andy Grove, co-founder of Intel Corporation said, " Only the paranoid survive".
I am a total believer in this theory.  Not sure you need to take it to the extremes with paranoia, but constantly reviewing your strategy, staying on top of your next move and noticing that scared stomach feeling you get at times as a welcome reminder that your business is alive and well makes for a healthy business .  If we want success, we have to be consistently coming up with new things to sell, new ways to sell …
