Invoicing can be confusing so let's spell it out here. I have always used Quickbooks for my accounting software so I use their invoicing program too. Sometimes the fastest way to find sales reps is to visit the shows where they exhibit. They are often available to speak, and will certainly take your card and catalog if you leave it with them. This is a fabulous opportunity to find tons of reps under one roof and see them in action as well as all the lines they carry – they are in the spotlight and easy to find.
