January Check List

Urgent: Ways to lower your taxes

Did you know that if you are a corporation you pay taxes on inventory at the end of the year?

This is why I always do as many sales as possible prior to December 31st…….. rather put the money in my pocket.

To round things out each year, I try to do one or two home parties (or sample sales) to get rid of excess old inventory or showroom samples, press samples or anything that was returned from internet sales throughout the year that is still laying around.

How to use your story to increase sales

Having a story behind your brand can be an important selling point when pitching your line. Think about why and how you came to develop your designs and weave that into your story to add interest and intrigue. When sales staff can tell your story and engage customers, they are more likely to close the sale.

DIY Beginner SEO (Part 1 of 2)

We currently sell mostly through Amazon and SkyMall, but have recently launched our own website.
