Are you meant to be a Corporation or LLC?

25 August 2011 No CommentBy Sarah Shaw

Sometimes deciding on your business entity can be really confusing.  I spoke with Deborah Sweeny, CEO of My Corporation who demystifies what the difference is, and why you might choose one or the other.  Check out this awesome interview so you can protect yourself and can make an educated decision when necessary.  I have experience with both and highly suggest talking to your accountant to see which is better for you.

If you missed my other interview with Deborah on Trademarks and Copyrights, you can catch up right now!

Deborah has generously offered a $20 discount coupon for all Entreprenettes who use the coupon code NETTE at checkout for any product they sell.  Woo hoo cool right?
